Psycological Assessments Header
                  Another tool available for the treatment planning for Triad’s children is a psychological assessment. This process begins with a Triad Social Worker’s internal referral and Court permission. Session(s) take place at Triad. Written documentation is provided to the County Social Worker. Findings are instrumental in creating an effective treatment plan for this child.
