Our Work with County & State Agencies

• Our team maintains positive working relationships with County placement workers to support successful placements.

• Triad employs two full-time Placement Specialists to ensure 24/7 support and appropriate matches between children and families.

We do this by:

• Carefully matching foster children with compatible families

• Streamlining the placement process for quicker, more efficient support

• Providing intensive social work and care management services

• Offering group and family counseling for both children and foster families

• Delivering specialized training to help foster parents provide therapeutic care
